SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY, ACTS OF SEDITION, TREASON, & MISPRISION OF TREASON
Title 18 Part 1 Chapter 115 Section 2384, 2382, 2381 & Article 3 Section 3
Donald Trump, Elon Musk, JD Vance, Will Scharf, Russel Vought, Peter Navarror, Paul Atkins, Bendan Carr, Tom Homan, John Ratcliffe, Monica Crowly, Michael Anton, Stephen Miller, Trump’s Transition team, various GOP Representatives, 43 out of 49 GOP Senators of the 119th Congress, the leadership board of the Heritage Foundation, and media groups normalizing this conspiracy violated TITLE 18 PART 1 CHAPTER 115 SECTION 2384 SEDITION CONSPIRACY (3).
The Conspiracy:
1.) Conspiring to circumnavigate the House’s ability to execute and uphold its constitutional duty to maintain the budget and issue funds.
2.) Conspire to refuse spending appropriate funds as lawfully determined by the House of Representatives.
3.) Conspiring to effectively nullify Congressionally enacted Federal Departments without Congressional approval and Congressional approval to do so.
4.) Conspired to deny elected officials into Federal Department Buildings
All four of these actions were conspired prior to the election, planned knowing their actions circumnavigated constitutionally mandated authority and powers, and were provided an air of legitimacy by allied media. Meaning “two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States,” did “conspire to” (3)
1) “by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States” (3)
2) “or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof” (3)
3) “or to oppose by force the authority thereof” (3)
and have violated TITLE 18 PART 1 CHAPTER 115 SECTION 2384 SEDITION CONSPIRACY (3).
However, after the election, the administration still did not have the authority to act on their conspiracy. Any individual that conspired against the United States, ignoring both the laws and authorities expressed within the US Constitution and US Code, have gone beyond SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY (3) and committed ACTS OF SEDITION which is TREASON (1); and
“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States (1).”
These SEDITIOUS ACTS of TREASON go beyond the authority of the executive branch and are outside the authority of unauthorized personnel. ARTICLE 3 SECTION 3 (4) of the US Constitution is clear on how to proceed. TITLE 18 PART 1 CHAPTER 115 SECTION 2381 (1) is clear on the punishments that Congress may choose between.
TITLE 18 PART 1 CHAPTER 115 SECTION 2382 MISPRISION OF TREASON (2) outlines the expectations for those who hold allegiance or have taken an oath to the United States and are aware of TREASON; failure to follow S2382 will result in prison.
